We offer a free Logo Program for you volume guide buyers-- and that means as few as 12 (twelve) of each product ordered!

Your logo on the KeyGuide or ScanGuide transforms these laminated sheets into your product with your brand or identity. They have proven quite effective as class handouts, raffle prizes and system rental leave-behinds.

We've reserved a 1.75" X 0.625" (5/8") corner on each side for you. Include a clean edition of your training firm, production company, school or user group logo, in color or black and white, and your copy-- which you're free to vary on Side 2. We suggest keeping the design and information simple without too much detail. A good example:

Acceptable art: .ai, .eps, .tiff, .psd or .pdf formats. Please furnish no less than 3.5" X 1.25" rectangle ( 200% for reduction sharpness). We can make design suggestions but don't do logo editing except minor tweaks for best fit.

Your identity design will be laid out in the space available and e-mailed back to you as a 72 dpi JPG file for on-screen review and approval. There is no additional charge for this service.

KeyGuides™ are supplied as is, and although they are thoroughly checked and tested, there is no warranty expressed or implied as to their effectiveness or completeness. We have no control over the information software vendors choose to release with their products. Often we've found default shortcuts that were undocumented. We make every best effort to organize and present what becomes available to us into a useful design for you.

Return policy: Every effort is made to assure quality control. Products with physical defects discovered within 30 days of receipt,will be promptly replaced upon return of original.
In addition, although KeyGuides make excellent colorful placemats, they are not impervious to sundry acids, hot tomatoe sauce and are not edible.

Ordering and Discounts


a) Click ADD to buy.
Choose the correct ADD button(s) for your desired KeyGuide model and quantity range. Take your time. You can always start over.

Your purchase shows up in your Paypal Shopping Cart window. Adjust the quantity, or Remove any item, and click Update to recalculate your purchase. Click View Cart button below the inventory list anytime, to review or adjust pending purchase before Checkout.

b) MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT?
Click ADD button under the "2-12 or REPEAT" column for each product desired, either multiples of the same, or separate singles! (Special bundles like the FCS PowerPack are a single product.)

c) REPEAT CUSTOMER?
Always click the REPEAT discount column button even for a single item purchase. Please notify us with "Repeat Customer" in the Paypal ordering message field.

If you pay each at full price and shouldn't, there's no guarantee we'll catch it! (It pays to read ordering instructions.)

d) Review your order.
Right version? Quantity correct? Did you include a special postage product - also listed below the Inventory -- for overseas shipping?.

e) Checkout.
PayPal will process your total due and guide you through secure encrypted checkout.
